    About the Facilitators   

Ralph Caraffa, Ph.D. is a psychologist with 30 years experience as a marriage and family therapist.  He is a consultant to schools and businesses.  He has been adjunct  professor in psychology at Washington University, Webster University, and University of Missouri St. Louis.  He has lectured and provided  consultation in handling marriage problems, child problems, and on mens’ issues to local school districts, police, and community agencies.  He is in private  practice  in St. Charles, Missouri.  His wife and daughter complete his life. 

Chris Frey, MSW, LCSW brings 25 years as a  psychotherapist and workshop leader to his work.  He is in private practice in St. Louis, MO specializing in mens’ issues,  addictions, and sexuality.  Chris is the author of four books including “Men at Work: An Action Guide to Masculine Healing” and “Father Time: Stories of the Heart and Soul of Fathering”  (co-authored), along with several  journal articles on sexual compulsion and mens’ issues.  He is an  adjunct faculty member at St. Louis Community College and, most important, a husband and the father of three.
